Ponder

I heard this one song by The Fray titled You Found Me. You can read about the song here. Have you ever come to a situation where you think your life is not fair? Where you can see everyone else is happy and enjoying their filthy life with big house, big cars, pearls and diamonds, holidays in exotic places in the world but yet keep having their sinful life. Less lucky people on the other hand keep on trying to survive in this cruel world, they keep on believing that they would be light at the end of the tunnel but yet most of them won’t be able to find it and died helplessly. Well, that is all this song is about.

A comment from one of the group member when given a question regarding the song:

“You Found Me” It’s about the disappointment, the heart ache, the let down that comes with life. Sometimes you’re let down, sometimes you’re the one who lets someone else down. It gets hard to know who you can trust, who you can count on. This song came out of a tough time, and I’m still right in the thick of it. There’s some difficult circumstances my family and friends have been going through over the past year or so and can be overwhelming. It wears on me. It demands so much of my faith to keep believing, keep hoping in the unseen. Sometimes the tunnel has a light at the end, but usually they just look black as night. This song is about that feeling, and the hope that I still have, buried deep in my chest.

I am not in a place to question the God’s power but to me life is not fair but I know He is fair enough to all of us. It’s the people and society that makes this life so unbearable and though. The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. Sounds very true to me. Our economic cycle is not rotating evenly to the people who embark in it. But in the end your fate will determine where you would be depends on your effort to survive.
